Manufacturing of welded pipes & Tubes is carried out on sophisticated tube mills, where the Raw material, i.e. SS Strips, sourced from only the world-renowned sources is fed. The strips are welded into tubes/pipes using Tig /plasma/laser welding. Under this Process, the edges of the strips are heated and fused together in a protective atmosphere of argon gas sing a non-consumable electrode without the addition of any filler material.
After cutting to sizes and depending on the customer requirements, the tubes are then straightened, cut to final size, passivated and polished before it is subjected to various tests, marked and released for dispatch.
